The customer declares to be aware of the existing risks in any computer equipment manipulation, including by remote support, which could result in data loss/damage or hardware/software malfunctions.

The client acknowledges that neither Shift-Zone SCRL, nor any of its representatives could be liable for any data alteration.

In case of remote support, the equipment owner is alleged to have made ​​a data backup and allows representatives from Shift-Zone SCRL to make the requested operations and solve existing problems (or the ones that may occur later on) in order to achieve the expected results.
